When I was younger, I worked at a grocery store, a few restaurants, and a catering company. So I think I know a little bit about dealing with annoying and downright rude customers.
And if you’ve worked similar jobs, then I’m totally preaching to the choir…but you’re still gonna love these posts about things that customer service workers hate because they are totally accurate and on-point.

Working in retail was wild, people just tell you things about their personal life and you just stand there… Not knowin' how to respond to “I'm going to a funeral” or “I’m getting a divorce” like that sucks… $13.48 is your total.
