If you’re a heterosexual woman, or a homosexual man, or a bisexual person, or any person with a pulse or probably also if you’re an alien, you probably realize that actor Jason Momoa is an attractive human being.

It’s not really debatable. Empirically, he is attractive.

You can @ me if you want, but no one is listening to that noise.

Many people met him and fell in lust when he played the Khal Drago to Emilia Clarke’s Khaleesi in Game of Thrones, or if you missed that train, maybe you caught Aquaman or Justice League.

Now, though, you can get your hands on him at home with this awesome coloring book.

Adult coloring books have become popular in recent years, being touted as a way to express yourself and relieve stress. Some of them contain curse words meant to swear out your tension, but this one – titled Crush and Color: Jason Momoa: A Coloring Book of Fantasies With an Epic Dreamboat – will get your stress out in more beautiful ways.

The illustrations inside are done by Maurizio Campidelli and include a variety of images that feature the long-haired, able-bodied Momoa in several heart-eye (like this ?) inducing poses. There are 35 “completely unique, life-like drawings of Jason Momoa in the zone and on top of the world.”

Honestly, it sounds like if I had this book, a glass or two of wine, a weighted blanket, and I could forget that stress exists.

“Escape to your very own rugged utopia with Jason Momoa! Crush and Color: Jason Momoa is a collection of daydreams come to life on incredible coloring pages,” promises the description.

“Let him take the helm on a sunset sail, witness impressive physical strength as he scales a colossal cliffside, and take in the serenity of quieter moments through colorable works of art.”

Are you in? Because I think I am, and $10 is way cheaper than drugs.

Or therapy.

(But seriously, if you have diagnosed anxiety, please don’t replace your drugs and therapy with pretty pictures of Jason Momoa).
